Sate Coconut Ingredients:
* Beef, 500 grams, diced 1 cm
* Coconut medium, 250 grams, grated lengthwise
Spices:
* Garlic, 5 cloves
* Onion, 7 items
* Turmeric, 2 cm, fuel
* Coriander, 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt, to taste
* Granulated sugar, to taste
Complement:
* Seasonings beans, to taste ready to buy
* Lontong, to taste
* Stew sauce, to taste
How to make Sate Oil:
1. Mix the coconut milk and spices until blended.
2. Add the meat and stir well.
3. Stick 3 pieces of meat on a skewer.
4. Grilled skewers over hot coals until cooked while occasionally reversed. Remove and serve with coconut satay complement.
