Three Main Goal Israel Attack Gaza

Palestinian Ambassador to Turkey Nabil Maarouf said, at least there are three main objectives to be achieved by the Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip. The attack, which began November 16, it has killed 23 Palestinians.
And missile war between the two sides was not lost on Israel propaganda in social networks and blogs.

According Maarouf, Israel attacked Gaza first reason is to gain public support for Israel ahead of elections to be conducted at the beginning of the Zionist state in 2013. It is the same as Israel's attack on Gaza in 2008 which occurs near the date of the election in Israel.

"They're doing the same thing as they did in 2008. Rightwing groups trying to win the election with Israel killing innocent Palestinians," said Maarouf, as quoted by Hurriyet on Friday (16/11).

Another reason is to obstruct Palestinian efforts to gain membership status in the United Nations (UN). Palestine plans to submit a draft resolution that would give observer status at the UN. The filing is planned Palestinian side will be done later on November 29. But Palestinian intentions may be hampered by rising tensions in Gaza. The last reason is to cover up the conflict in Syria. With the attack then what happens in Syria is no longer a priority in the news media.

"Look at the last two days, what are people talking about Syria?" Maarouf call.

Maarouf Opinion also agreed that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu. Davutoglu said the benefits from the Israeli attack on Gaza as well as Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Yet Assad was in a depressed condition with the formation of a new coalition of Syrian opposition.

Propaganda

Missile war between Israel and armed groups in the Gaza Strip since last week did not escape Israel propaganda in social networks and blogs. Israeli forces use social networking Twitter and YouTube to campaign attacks on Gaza and gave warning to Hamas. After the killing of Hamas military commander Ahmed Jaabari, directly threatening Israel Hamas officials through Twitter.

"We recommend to all officials in the Hamas high or low so as not to show his face in the next few days," said one Israeli troops on his Twitter, as quoted by Russia Today, Friday (11/16/2012).

Before the air strike took place, the Israeli army has been actively writing in his blog (idfblog.com) and claimed the rocket attacks from Gaza into southern Israel. An academic from Harvard Law School, Professor Gabriel Blum, said Israel deliberately using social networks and blogs to justify its attacks on Israel.

One of the news that is surprising in this incident is the news about the Gaza crisis Jaabari killed by Israeli missile strikes. During this Jaabari pemerakarsa seen as a ceasefire between Israel and armed groups in Gaza. But he was actually killed by Israel.

After Operation Cast Lead in 2009 ago, Israel made an agreement with Hamas. When Jaabari can guarantee the absence of rain rockets from Gaza into Israel, Israel will ease access to the inflow of funds and aid to Gaza.

However, the agreement was shattered a few weeks ago. Jaabari helped blamed for news emerged about the passing rocket from Gaza into Israel. Jaabari was eventually killed by the Israeli military
