Two brothers aged 15 and 17 years old whose name was not immediately obvious was also killed in the attack in the town of Rafah near the Egyptian border, Palestinian ambulance service said.
The Israeli army did not comment on the claims of Palestinian casualties.
Elsewhere, four people were killed in the bombing Nusseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, medics said, and another Palestinian was killed in eastern Nusseirat in separate attacks.
There is no immediate word on the identity of other victims.
Also during the afternoon, one person was killed and two others wounded when a missile hit a car in the northern Gaza City, medics said, without identifying the dead.
Medics said Mahmoud Ramadan, 22, died from injuries suffered in the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza on Sunday.
Three people died from injuries sustained in the violence, but the health ministry could not immediately provide details about their identities.
In another attack, the missiles hit the bike motordi east of Khan Yunis, in southern Gaza, killing two people and critically injuring a child, said the ambulance service in Gaza.
Both are referred to as Abdullah Abu Khater, 30, and Mahmoud Abu Khater, 32.
Previous attack on Qarara in the same area killed two farmers, Ibrahim al-Astal and Obama al-Astal, medics said.
In the attack in southern Gaza City, hit a car, killing one person and injuring three others, officials said, and add the name of the person killed was Mohammed Shamalah, 23 years.
